Spiritual formation coaching sessions are a great way to navigate a path to help you grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus. Like a physical trainer for your body, this is a spiritual personal training session. Ken will talk with you, navigate a specific plan with you, unique to you based on your sacred rhythms to help you grow in a rich, deep, relationship with God. Ken will create a specific plan with you, help guide you, and provide feedback with you on what works well for you to create new spiritual healthy habits.
